Puppets

Spending over 20 years as a librarian and using puppets to promote reading has inspired a career with puppets. I learned how to use all kinds of puppets from ventriloquist dummies to marionettes as a member of the Greater Houston Puppetry Guild. Creating ways to incorporate them into forms of entertainment is a challenge. I do the story time for the Keddie Norconk Memorial Library in Bear Lake during the summer presenting puppet skits, reading stories, and helping the children make puppets.
